A well beloved, and much anticipated event, Smithgall Woods State Park's Sunflowers and Selfies is back again!Come enjoy a family-fun filled day with Hayrides, a blooming sunflower field, games, snacks, plant sales and more!
The hayride will be guided by one of our wonderful Friends and will take you to the sunflower field where you will be able to wander through the field, and take pictures. You will also be able to walk to the sunflower field from the visitor's center.
The hayrides are $5 per person, 7 and under are free. Dogs are welcome as long as they remain leashed, with a non-retractable 6' lead and under their owner's control.
$5 parking passes required.
This event is from 10:00am-3:00pm both Saturday and Sunday.
No reservations are required, but please call 706-878-3087 if you have any questions!
*Please note that the sunflower field it prepared and planted appropriately every year, but we cannot guarantee a perfect, or W**d-free sunflower patch.*
