Sunflower Painting (Ages 6-12)

About this workshop:

In this fun and creative art workshop for kids, participants will learn fundamental skills in still-life painting. Using a bouquet of sunflowers, students will learn different ways to apply paint in order to create colour, light, shape and texture.

Age: 6-12

Date & time: Wednesday 7 April, 10am-12pm

Cost: $40 General Admission (Free with Creative Kids Voucher. Note: Creative Kids Vouchers cannot be split. Any remaining amount will be forfeited.)

Note: This class has a capacity of 12 students and requires a minimum of 5 students to run.

Parents, guardians and carers can claim a $50 voucher per year to put towards the cost of lessons and fees with registered providers. School-aged children between the ages of 4.5 to 18 are eligible and applying for vouchers is free.

You will not be able to enrol in a class with a discounted Active and Creative Kids Voucher ticket unless you have a valid Active and Creative Kids Voucher number. Remaining balance cannot be used. Covid Safe Plan:

Bankstown Arts Centre has a council-approved 'CovidSafe Plan' in order to ensure the health and safety of all visitors and Arts Centre staff. Measures include physical distancing, contactless hand sanitising and regularly cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:

Bankstown Arts Centre cannot accept responsibility for changes to students’ personal circumstances that prevent attendance. Fees are non-refundable and there are no transfers or refunds if you miss a class.

Fees are kept to a minimum and cover tuition, the use of equipment during classes and where included, the cost of tutor fees and/ or basic materials. Fees and charges may increase per financial year. For more information on fees, refer to Canterbury-Bankstown Fees and Charges document
