So excited to bring Ecstatic Dance every Wednesday evening to The Neptune Harvester in Boscombe, Bournemouth where you can expressive yourself in free-flowing movement, overlooking the ocean and Boscombe Pier.
We invite Conscious Dance facilitators to lead us through a movement and sound journey. Tonight Ruth McEwen, Chakra Dancing and Mindful Meditation Wellbeing Therapist, will lead us on a Root Chakra movement journey. Apt as we are in the Autumnal season where root veggies are in abundance and a few days from Halloween celebrations.
☀️ We dance from 18:45-21:15 at Events Room, The Neptune Harvester in Boscombe, Bournemouth BH5 1BN.
🧡 Ecstatic Dance with DJ SunFire 🎵 Let the ecclectic mix of music guide you as you express yourself through dance and let go of any inhibitions.

⛱️Beach Gathering - socialise after our dance and share songs, poetry and music. You are very welcome to bring your musical instruments.
This is a sober event.
Arrive sober and remain so throughout the event.
We dance barefoot.
We refrain from conversations on the dance floor.
Be respectful of yourself and others.
Move spontaneously to a ecclectic mix of music.
