Featuring veterans of the DC regional hard rock and prog scenes, Sundyr is a doom metal trio of heavy riffs and heavy hearts. With Death Metal lyrics at sludge metal tempos, Ian Mabley (A Shrewdness of Apes), Avery Petrucci (Lud Roes), and Christopher Peli (Venray, Kinda Evil) meld a range of metal styles into their unique blend with blistering guitar solos and black hole-heavy bass work over a punishing drum pulse.
