About this Event

Join the Paddle Sport Community for a massive public float down the Sacramento River through the City of Redding. This event is open to citizens at every level of paddle ability, no experience necessary. This moving water paddle event is open to all paddle sport enthusiasts in kayaks, canoes, surfskis, standup paddleboards, outriggers, prone paddleboards, drift boats, rafts, and anything else you can paddle. In fact, if you have never paddled the river, this is your day. Begin your trip at Riverfront Park listening to a sunrise concert. After your journey, treat yourself to lunch at South Bonnyview’s Reginato River Access. You can leave your equipment safely under the watchful eyes of the Redding Police Explorers while you enjoy return transportation to Riverfront Park, which is included with your ticket purchase and provided by the Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA).
