lori goldston's "cinematic sympbiosis: live music and silent film"
lori goldston plays written and spontaneous work on cello, and works as a composer, teacher, bandleader, and prolific, widely varied collaborator. her voice as a cellist is singular, deeply textured and original, investigating thresholds, instability, and connections between far-flung modes of thought.

she lives in seattle and performs in venues large and small throughout north america, europe and australia as a soloist and collaborator with composers, film makers, writers, theater directors, choreographers, visual artists, orchestras and bands including earth, nirvana, the bbc scottish symphony, black belt eagle scout, helms alee, mirah, david byrne,
terry riley, jessika kenney, lonnie holley, trimpin, stuart dempster, shelley hirsch, maya dunietz, ghedalia tezartes, senga nengudi,ellen fullman, lynn shelton, and many, many others.

interbay cinema society presents an evening of silent film with live musical scores composed by seattle-based, internationally acclaimed cellist lori goldston, who has written original compositions for each of the films in the program.
the filmmakers: jon behrens (1964-2022), kalpana subramanian, bill basquin, vicky smith, derek jenkins, rocio mesa, wenhua shi, lucie leszez + stefano canapa, anna kipervaser, and leandro varela.
the program was curated by engauge experimental film festival director caryn cline for ics.
eric kinny's "happy fuji news"
happy fuji news is a live-animated performed movie made out of 200 - 300 woodblock prints, written, carved and printed by eric kinny over the course of 2016-2022.
prints are shown and thrown at the rhythm of an audio soundtrack with midi guitar music by raphaël desmarets,
sound effects, and voice acting by mc cloud zicmuse, siet phorae, molly rex, ma clément, alice perez & joey wright.

of an asmr artist
