Join Christian Run Club PHX at Tempe Town Lake marina Boat Launch (restroom side launch) at 11:45AM on Sundays! We’re a (small) group of faith-based and positive people looking to move!
We start by opening up the floor to anything to share or a positive spiritual moment of the week, warm it up, and roll out!
We stick to 5K’s but change the tempo!
- steady run/jog
- interval run :45 on 1:00 off
- .5 miles on (run) .5 miles off (walk)
