Sunday Yoga with Rachel Wolin

Nourishing Slow Flow is a slower more intentional flow practice where postures are linked breath-to-movement, but with purposefully longer holds. The rhythmic pattern of the sequences creates a meditative space for individual self-study and internal reflection. Practice concludes with pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation.
