You live in a body full of wisdom. When we slow down, we are more receptive to what the body needs. Let's slow down to body time using supportive props and intentional, deep breathing. One hour of releasing body tension and stress to calm and rebalance the nervous system. The option for hands-on assists for the shoulders and low back offers deep relaxation.
$40 for all four classes or use a class pass to drop in.
