Begin your Sunday surrounded by desert stillness and the gentle presence of horses.
Join us at Dreamcatcher Healing Ranch for a 60-minute all-levels yoga practice designed to reset your body, calm your nervous system, and set a clear intention for the week ahead.
Horses are deeply intuitive and often described as natural therapists, offering grounding, calming energy simply through their presence. Guests are welcome to spend time connecting with the horses before and after class, creating a truly unique and heart-centered experience.
This outdoor morning practice blends mindful movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, all set against expansive mountain views and open desert skies.
A hydration station will be available to support your morning reset.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props or equipment needed to support your personal practice.
Come as you are. Leave grounded, centered, and renewed.
This experience is open to guests ages 16 and older. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Advance registration is required. Space is limited to preserve intimacy and spaciousness.

Event Registration and Cancellation Policy – Desert Lotus Wellness AZ
72-Hour Notice for Credit or Refund
Registrants who contact Desert Lotus Wellness AZ at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event may:
Receive a refund, minus any ticketing or processing fees charged by the platform.
Apply a credit toward another event during the current season if preferred.
Refunds and credits must be requested through our office by phone or email. For fastest processing, please call or leave a voicemail. If emailing, include your full name, event date, and reason for the request. Automatic processing through the ticketing platform will not occur, as each request is reviewed individually for accuracy and fairness.
Transfers and Substitutions
Credits are non-transferable without prior approval. To request a substitution, the original registrant must contact our office directly and provide the full name and contact information of the replacement participant. Desert Lotus Wellness AZ reserves the right to approve or deny any substitution at its discretion.
Fraud and Scam Prevention
Desert Lotus Wellness AZ does not sell tickets via Facebook, direct message, or third-party sellers. Any outside sales or transfers will be treated as fraudulent and reported accordingly.
Event Cancellation by Desert Lotus Wellness AZ
Desert Lotus Wellness AZ reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to another available event.
