world’s most beloved (and misunderstood) grapes. From crisp and mineral-driven to rich and buttery, we’ll

unpack how winemaking and terroir can shape this versatile varietal.

Jocelyne Beaulieu (@jossmbeau) is a Hamilton local, a wine enthusiast, and a community builder.

Currently pursuing her WSET studies, Jocelyne created the Sunday Wine Club to offer a low-barrier, high-connection space for people to explore wine without pretense.
