Sunday Schedule
10:00am - 1:00pm | Community Volunteer Day (Various Hands- On Activities)
1:00pm - 2:00pm | BYO Lunch and Hang!
2:00pm - 5:00pm | Open House and Misc. Volunteering
One thing we ask prior to visiting is filling out our WAIVER.
What to Expect:
We always need help to steward our campus! Everyone, young or old, experienced or still learning, is welcome to join our Sunday volunteer workdays. Each Sunday we work on different projects. Possibilities include: watering, planting, compost building, animal maintenance, light construction or fabrication, and heavy construction. Come get your hands dirty and learn new skills!
We'll be working on campus tasks from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, then gathering in the shade for lunch together afterward. Please bring your own lunch and plenty of water. Your welcome to keep hanging out or helping out for REAP's Open House until 5pm.
Before arriving, please read through our volunteer page and FAQ, and sign our online waiver. All volunteering participants of all ages are required to sign the waiver before coming to campus.
What to bring:
- Closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty
- A water bottle!
- Sun protection
- Your lunch to enjoy after the work session
- A great attitude!
All ages are welcome! Children should be accompanied by an adult.
Sunday Volunteering Details:
We would prefer that you stay for the entire shift (10 AM - 1 PM) for the smoothest experience and to maximize the amount of work we accomplish. However, we also can ALWAYS use your help! We understand if you need to leave early, or if you want to come in the afternoon if you can’t make it in the morning. Showing up is the most important part!
Can’t make a volunteer session? You’re also always welcome to just drop by and say hello during any of our open hours, Sunday 10-5 and Wednesday 2-8.
Group Volunteering:
Volunteer shifts are intended to offer learning opportunities to individuals, families, and small groups of friends - not serve as private group outings. If you are interested in registering a group of three or more, please check out our website to see our offerings, and fill out our Group Inquiry form.
