Move your body, refresh your mind, and connect with your community every Sunday!
Class will be indoors Spokane Valley Library July 26 to August 23 and will move outside when the weather cools off.
Join us for a fun and welcoming 60-minute wellness session featuring:
🧘 30 minutes of Tai Chi
💃 30 minutes of Zumba
📅 Every Sunday | July 26 – December 27, 2026

💚 $5 minimum donation per class. All proceeds support Nourish Spokane Soup Kitchen & Food Pantry.
☀️ Weather Update: If temperatures are too hot, we will have the class indoors to the Spokane Valley Library for August.
✅ All fitness levels welcome
✅ Ages 12+ (youth under 12 must be accompanied by an adult)
✅ Bring water, comfortable clothing, and a positive attitude!
