Sunday Sweetness edition 3 is happening! Avoimen tason tunnit läsnäoloa ja rauhallisuutta huokuvasta kizomba*lajien alle kuuluvasta Douceur-tanssista. Laajempina teemoina aina tunneilla hellä tanssiyhteys, lempeä vienti ja seuraaminen sekä mikroliikkeet.
/ Open level workshop classes about Douceur-style under Kizomba*styles, in which the physical and mental calmness and presence is unique and essential. As overall themes there will be soft dance connection, gentle leading and following as well as micromoves.

🌻 ”ELEF” – EVERYBODY LEADS AND EVERYBODY FOLLOWS
Tunneillani on käytössä kaikki vie & kaikki seuraa -metodi, eli roolin ja parinvaihto laajemman tanssitaidon kehittymisen vuoksi. Jos haluaisit osallistua oman parisi kanssa, etkä vaihtaa tunneilla paria, niin laitathan Tiialle ensin asiasta viestiä. / In my classes, we use the 'everyone leads & everyone follows' ELEF -method, which involves role and partner switching to develop broader dance skills. If you would like to participate with your own partner and not switch partners during the classes, please send a message to Tiia first.

🌻PAIKKA / VENUE:
Rihmos-studio Näsilinnankatu 22A, 2. kerros. Soita ovikelloa “Rihmos”. Tilassa on pieni wc, keittiökulmaus ja tuoleja istumiseen. / 2. floor, use the buzzer “Rihmos”. In the venue you can find a small toilet, kitchenette and some seats.

🌻TANSSIKENGÄT / DANCING SHOES
Tanssithan vain tahraamattomilla tanssikengillä tai sukilla Rihmosella. Tätä työpajaa varten villasukat ovat oiva valinta!
For dancing in Rihmos, please wear only floor friendly non-staining shoes or socks. For this workshop wool socks are great!
