Description:
Join us every other Sunday at 6:00 PM for Sunday Strong, a 30-minute yoga class designed to support the mental and physical well-being of youth athletes ages 10 and up.
Led by instructor Morgan Belnap, this class helps young athletes:
🏃‍♂️ Reduce tension and soreness
🛡 Prevent injury
🧠 Mentally reset and refocus for the week ahead
Whether your child plays sports, dances, or just lives an active life, this short and impactful session is a perfect way to unwind, strengthen, and recover.
✨ Parents and caregivers are welcome to participate and move alongside their young athletes!
