Sunday Stretch and Surrender Yoga and Sound Bath with The Sighlence Room and Jayde

Give yourself the time you deserve at the end of a busy week to stretch, surrender, pause and reset by joining us in a one off location at the beaitiful Hitchin Priory Hotel with Jayde and The Sighlence Room for a 1.5hr equal shared session of yoga and sound healing. Both the yoga and sound bath will be 45 mins.

The yoga will be the first of the two offerings and will be led by the amazing @jayde_fotiadis_yoga and this is for all abilities, everyone is welcome.

Following will be the sound bath, led by The Sighlence Room (Jade). To help heal and work on different chakras in the body, the sound bath will use Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tongue drums, chimes, drums and other instruments.

Sound healing has so many wonderful and scientifically proven benefit's such as improved happiness, better sleep, reducing stress, anxiety and better focus/clarity because it regulates our nervous system. However, it's also about allowing yourself the opportunity to reset and pause, so key to our health. Allow your body to respond to sound, frequency and vibration during a period of uninterrupted rest and watch the incredible impact it will have.
Sessions are kept calm, inclusive, welcoming and friendly. Creating a space where you feel safe and at ease and can allow yourself to switch off and relax. If there is anything we can do to make the space more comfortable for you, please let us know.

Please arrive 10/15 mins before the class starts as the door will be locked at 3.15pm. No entry allowed after this time as it will causes disturbances.

There is free parking, just register your plate details as you enter the hotel reception.

We have some spares if needed but bring a mat, water, blankets and cushions and for the sound bath have some warm and comfy. It's important you have the most comforting experience as your body temperature will drop as you relax.
