We will begin with a few minutes of gentle seated movement and mindful breathing to soften the body and quiet the mind. From there, you will settle into a comfortable resting position and be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
As the sounds wash over you, your body can naturally shift into a more relaxed state — supporting rest, clarity, and emotional balance.
