WHAT’S INCLUDED
-Guided breathwork exercises designed to build inner resilience and prepare you for rest.
-Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, helps individuals reach a deep state of relaxation while remaining conscious. These are paired with 2-3 yin yoga postures for restorative, somatic release to support calm in your body and encourage better sleep.
-30+ minutes of sound healing using crystal bowls to help ease tension and encourage relaxation.
-Time for gentle integration, ensuring that you leave feeling grounded, and ready for a peaceful night.
-Whether you're a Bowen Island local or a visitor exploring what to do on Bowen Island, these sessions offer a perfect opportunity for self-care and relaxation.
