Sunday Sound Sanctuary - Meditation and Sound Bath

Out of the void, creation is born. From silence, comes sound. Sunday Sound Sanctuary is an intuitively designed group healing session consisting of gentle breathwork, guided meditation, Reiki infused sound healing, and light bodywork. No session will be alike as the topic of meditation will be crafted according to the day's and season's energetics. You will be held in sacred space for your own divine healing to unfold.

Our first session will be aligned with the energy of the 2025 New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo, a potent portal initiating a new 6 month astrological cycle. Following our initial session we will be meeting on the Sunday nearest the New Moon of each month, a powerful time to reset and implement intentions for the month ahead. During your sessions you will be provided the opportunity to cultivate a state of complete receptivity and surrender to your highest expression. Instruments utilized include the human voice, premium crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes. No experience is necessary, come as You Are.

Sound healing is an ancient modality of healing that utilizes sound and vibration to bring the body back into natural resonance and harmony. The vibrations affect the body on a cellular level to detoxify and recalibrate the tissues. Potential benefits include:

It is optional to bring your own mat, water, pillow, blanket, props, eye cover, journal and/or any other items to enhance your experience. Mats, blankets, props, and eye covers are available for use at the space. It is recommended to avoid caffeine at least 4 hours prior to the session.
