About this Event

Sunday Sound Sanctuary is a restorative evening experience inviting you to slow down, turn inward, and come back to your frequency.

Your journey begins with a sacred tea ceremony, creating an intentional transition from the busyness of the day into a space of presence and connection. From there, we’ll move into gentle breathwork and guided meditation, allowing the body and mind time to settle.

Through mirror work and affirmations, you’ll be invited to reconnect with the person looking back at you—to reflect, speak life over yourself, and create space for what you’re ready to receive.

The experience then transitions into a deeply restorative sound bath, where you can simply lie back and receive the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, copper/Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other sound and vibrational instruments.

We’ll close with intentional integration, allowing you time to rest, reflect, and gently return before stepping back into your evening.

No meditation, sound bath, or wellness experience is required. Come exactly as you are.
