Our monthly Guided Shamanic Meditation with Sound JourneyEricka walks you through a beautiful guided journey. The journey will fit with the current energetic vibe we are moving through as a collective. In the month of June, Summer is just beginning and we'll be in the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon in the season of Cancer.
Once Ericka finishes guiding you, you are released into stillness and then Stephanie takes you into a sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean and rain sounds, drums and more.
You're gently brought back with some grounding and some guidance to move forward through the day, and even the month.
What to bring:
Mat, blanket, pillow, bottle of water and an open heart.
We do have extra mats if you do not have one. Chairs are available upon request.
