Tap into your own resilience and courage through the practice of meditation.By training our mind in meditation we can learn to solve all our daily problems and bring about peace in our hearts. We can then share that peace and well-being with our family and friends. Through developing this skill we can learn to navigate even the most challenging and difficult situations. Ultimately we come to understand that we can transform our experience of the world by simply transforming our mind.
These weekly Monday classes are led by Gen Dorje, a Buddhist monk and the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Madison. Classes include teaching & guided meditation.
