Join Ericka and Stephanie of High Vibes MKE as they walk you on a special Guided and Sound Journey with the energies Leo Season.
Ericka is a Shamanic Practioner and Reiki Master and Stephanie is a certified RMT & Sound & Vibrational Practitioner and they wanted to create something that combined both of their specialties into one beautiful event.
Guided imagery is weaved with sound, to take you into a deep state of relaxed awareness. This mindful state helps to connect more to yourself; your mind & body connection, easing anxiety and the vagus nerve from flight/flight/freeze into rest and digest.

Sound from bowls, gongs, drums and more helps to physically move energies of strong or stuck thoughts and emotions that keep you from receiving full relaxation.
You may leave feeling zen and ready to take on a new week/month.

No experience is necessary.

Dress comfortable as you will be lying on the floor.
If you do not have a mat, we will provide one for you.
