Join us for Sunday Sound Ritual, a monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and return to inner balance. This intentional experience blends guided shamanic meditation with an immersive sound journey, creating a grounded and supportive space for deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and integration.

You’ll be guided into stillness before being carried through waves of sound created by crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments. The vibrations gently move through the body, helping release tension, quiet the mind, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

This ritual is an invitation to pause, receive, and reconnect—offering a steady rhythm of care and recalibration as you move through the month.

• 🕰️ Doors open 15 minutes prior to the event and lock 3 minutes after the start time. Please be early so we can start at Noon to honor the sacred space and everyone's time.
• This event does not include personal Reiki energy healing.
