Sunday Sound Bath with Reiki Option

Join us for a night of soothing sounds to relax your nervous system. We will play a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes. We will be focusing on the stillness within - the wellspring of peace and presence. The experience will be relaxing, transcendent, and nourishing and will provide a portal to your inward journey.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.
