This monthly Sound Bath will be a meditative experience where you lie down or sit comfortably while Jeanine Chayka from Inspired Vibrations plays various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These instruments produce harmonic vibrations and frequencies that help guide you into a state of deep relaxation, meditation and healing.

This 60-minute sound bath is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience with meditation or sound therapy. Come and enjoy a unique way to unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with your inner self. No experience needed.
