Sunday Sound Bath at the Dungeon

Join Jordan for an immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and healing instruments to help slow the brainwaves and raise the frequency of the body's energetic fields. If you struggle with relaxation or regular meditation this sound bath is for you!

And yes, this is the only sound bath taking place in a dungeon in the world.

Whether you’re a dungeon regular or curious about visiting the space for the first time, this sound bath is a low-key way to rest, relax, and rejuvenate in a beloved community setting.

This inclusive monthly community sound bath is for queers, trans, and anyone else who needs to reset or recharge. Plan to be transported elsewhere. It’s even common to fall asleep – the technical term for a sound bath is "a fancy nap.”

SCHEDULE:

• 6:20pm - Doors open and settle in
• 6:30pm - Sound Bath begins (no latecomers will be let in past 6:40 as we cannot accommodate once we have started)
• 7:45pm - Emerging and good night

BRING:

• Bring something comfortable to lie on, cushy blanket, pillow, eye covering, a water bottle, and any crystals to charge.
• Dress comfortably
