What to Expect in a Sound Bath

At Breath+Oneness' Crystal Temple, you will be treated to the resonant tones of some of the world's finest crystal bowls, esteemed for their potent vibrational healing capabilities. During the session, these exquisite crystal bowls will be harmoniously played alongside a variety of sound healing tools, including shamanic drums, otherworldly gongs, and diverse texture instruments. These sounds are combined to evoke the elements of nature, easing your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation and restfulness. Your only ‘job’ is to make yourself as comfortable as possible with the provided props so that you can effortlessly receive.

While you bask in the soothing vibrations, a skilled Reiki practitioner will move gracefully through the space, infusing it with healing and restorative energy. This perfect pairing of therapeutic sound and Reiki energy works in synergy to elevate your vibrational frequency, guiding you towards a deeper, more profound sense of peaceful presence.
