What to expect:
A cosy space for you to gently ground to guided meditation with soothing sound vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes & drums – easing stress and bringing peace to body and mind
Benefits: deep relaxation, improved sleep, emotional balance & a lighter, calmer mind
Spaces are limited – booking essential via Event Cube.
Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, with epilepsy triggered by sound, severe mental health conditions, or pacemakers/sound-sensitive hearing aids.
