A soothing spring celebration- Sound Pathing, Sauna and Plunge Pools.
Featuring sound bathing with handpans, gongs, and singing bowls, provided by Sacred Sounds CIC. Following the sound bathing, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy time in the sauna and plunge pools, by H30 Beach Saunas, along with warm beverages and food from The Chair, a cafe located in the courtyard.
We can offer two,3 hours sessions:
- 2 PM to 5 PM for 10 participants
and
- 6 PM to 9 PM for 10 participants
SOUND BATHING for ONE HOUR with Tracey and Mark
SAUNA AND PLUNGE POOLS for ONE HOUR
CAFE TIME for ONE HOUR

Fee for Sound bathing, sauna, and a plunge pool experience, plus the the drink and food at The Chair is £62 (to be paid via this booking link).
Fee for any hot drink of your choice, a savory bagel or croissant and a sweet treat- tray bake or piece of banana loaf. Please email me [email protected] in advance to state allergens, as The Chair can cater for gluten free savory and sweet options and same for vegan options.
