Join Abby Verigin, C-lAYT, monthly this spring in a warm, supportive studio to reconnect with yourself through therapeutic somatic practices. Each session invites you to deeply listen inward and move in a way that honors your own needs-rather than following expectations or rigid instruction. This is a space to explore what your body is asking for and to cultivate awareness, ease, and self-trust through therapeutic yogic techniques. Tea & journalling will be provided.Dates: April 19, May 17, June 21
