Join me at the stunning Pickeridge Farm studio, where we gather to rest once a month as the sun sets. In this magical place you can truly leave the busy-ness of life behind for a few precious hours.
In the sanctuary of these gatherings, we begin with (very!) gentle movement and breathwork to guide ourselves back into our bodies, before finding rest in poses that are held with blankets, bolsters and cushions for support. Muscles are able to let go of all effort as you melt into these cosy nests, and find the gradual release into stillness.
