About this Event
Join us for a special Sunday Sessions pop-up at a local Fort Lauderdale favorite, Rhythm + Vine.
Come catch a vibe as we power through a spicy, 1 hour mat pilates session. This series will challenge your muscle strength and endurance, while working to increase your flexibility and restore your body to "balance." In short, it will force you to question if you really do like pilates...or Kryshel.
Pilates session will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.
Please arrive by 10:30 AM to get situated.
What to Bring:
Bring your own mat!
Bring a bottle of water! You can fill it up with tequila after! Hooray!
Optional: If you want to ~spice up your life~ feel free to bring personal ankle weights or small hand weights.
Bring your can-do attitude! Come ready for the work-OUT and the work-IN.
Good vibes. Kryshel is all about helping transform the wellness community, in Fort Lauderdale in particular. Come ready to mix and mingle!

About Kryshel (888 & Sculpt):
Kryshel is a newly certified mat pilates and sculpt instructor. She was certified at Break Free Movement in Miami, FL. Kryshel actively teaches 1-on-1 and group privates. She also hosts pilates pop-ups at local Fort Lauderdale locations. She has a 3 year old daughter and enjoys cooking plant-based dishes, listening to hip-hop/soca/afrobeats, going on matcha walks and exploring state parks.
