Pete Marley & Matt Langley
Pete and Matt are half of Sydney outfit The Nature Strip, playing some of the smartest guitar pop/rock you're likely to hear around these parts, channeling the likes of XTC, Talking Heads, and your fave power-pop heroes.
Pete is one of the two main songwriters in the band and will be interpreting some of those Nature Strip tunes as well as some from his solo project - Marveline's 2020 CD
'Savoury Toothed Tiger'
There will be melody galore and the occasional sardonic melancholy tale, possibly involving UFOs and circuses.
Matt is a multi-instrumentalist known mainly for his keyboard skills and his ability to play any TV theme tune you can name. In addition to the Strip, he can be found around town, plying his wares with quite a few bands including The Remnants and Marveline.
Peta Caswell
Peta Caswell is fast earning a name as one of Sydney's brightest and most compromising alt-country vocalists and writers. With two decades of performing experience under her belt, she established herself in 2018 with her own material.
The first taste of Peta's original work appeared on the celebrated Take Me To Town Australian alternative country compilation, with many singling out her track as one of the highlights of the release.
Her soulful alternative country rock sound perfectly complements one of the most powerful and distinctive that you will ever have the privilege of hearing
