About this Event
The Breakdown:
Sunday Session is a simple, low-pressure way to bring runners together.
Weβll start with a short, easy run led by The Exchange Running Collective, move into a strength session for runners, and hang after with some recovery and good people.
Weβll also have breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge led by Lolu, overnight oat samples from Trace's Oats, and Boom curating the playlist.
If youβve ever felt unsure what to do outside of just running, this is a good place to start.
Come meet some good people, learn a little, and leave feeling better than you came.
