About this Event
The Breakdown:
Sunday Session is a simple, low-pressure way to bring runners together.
We’ll start with a short, easy run led by The Exchange Running Collective, move into a strength session for runners, and hang after with some recovery and good people.
We’ll also have breathwork, sauna, and cold plunge led by Lolu, Coffee from El Gato Negro, Hydration provided by Waterboy, and more.
If you’ve ever felt unsure what to do outside of just running, this is a good place to start.
Come meet some good people, learn a little, and leave feeling better than you came.
