“The Father’s Blessing”
It is natural to want to have our father of our childhood to give us his blessing. Many of us might even long for our father’s blessing. No matter what age we are, fathers exert a lot of influence over us. --- mostly as the voice in our heads. In many ways, we unconsciously carry our Father’s blessing with us every moment of our lives.
Do you remember when you were little and you tried on your dad’s shoes? These might have seemed like the biggest shoes in the world. You looked up to your father and wondered how you could ever fill those shoes.
