Our Sunday gatherings follow the same basic format:Before: Fellowship/Introductions 1:15-1:30
Tranquility - Peace and quiet. Read a book, stretch, write, meditate, think. (20 Minutes)
Deconstruction - Media Consumption and Discussion, usually music. (15-20 Minutes)
Exploration - Lecture, Ceremony, Activity, Speaker Series. Anything fun or interesting. (1 Hour)
Invitation - Administrative Announcements, Scheduling, Q&A. (5 Minutes)
Actualization (10 Minute Meditation)
After: Fellowship - Contemplation - Q&A
You don't have to RSVP or book anything. Just show up, its all good.
