Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome Kundalini yoga instructor Har Dev for our monthly Kundalini Immersive. Har Dev has been practicing Kundalini since 2020 and received her Kundalini Yoga Teacher certification through Evolving Kundalini and Ravi Singh.

What to expect in this monthly intensive:
- A safe space to learn about Kundalini yoga and how it can enhance your life through the use of breathwork, postures, and mantra
- A themed kriya
- Restorative gong sound bath to journey through self exploration and introspection.
No experience necessary; beginner friendly; all are welcome!

Please dress comfortably; complementary hot tea and water provided in-studio. Mats and yoga props also available for use or you may choose to bring your own.

$25 for members of Essential Yoga Studio; $30 for non-members. Please book your spot in advance via the ticket link.
