We are pleased to announce our September Good Deeds Giveaway at our new headquarters in Alphabet City! (We’re also hosting FREE weekly events, ranging from meditation practice to personal coaching to crafting workshops to art classes to community gatherings, and more! For each month’s Good Deeds Giveaway, you can look forward to all the free new and like-new items you’ve come to expect from the House of Good Deeds and our team of amazing volunteers at this event. We will have thousands of free clothing, shoes, food, and housewares items for YOU to take, first come first served. No ID or registration required in order to attend, just a willingness to "pay it forward" by doing one extra Altruistic thing in your own life every day. When everyone is an Altruist, everyone wins.

Start a new creative initiative: Begin a project you've been putting off or try a new artistic medium. Take a class: Learn a new skill, such as painting, pottery, or playing a musical instrument.
Share your passion: Teach someone else a creative skill or showcase your work on social media using #LiveCreativeDay.
Embrace spontaneity: Break out of your routine and try something new, like taking a different route to work or trying a new recipe.
Get messy and have fun: Don't be afraid to experiment and make mistakes, the goal is to enjoy the process of creating.
