Join the 1st FREE Women-Led & Women-Oriented Self Defense Program in Las Vegas dedicated to providing the knowledge and tools required to defend Oneself, children, elders, and community members as well as raise your public & personal awareness. This In-Person class will take place Every Sunday @ (times may vary).

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED LEVELS ARE WELCOMED!
All are welcomed but recommended for more intermediate to experienced students. This class is more intense than the beginner/fundamental class as we will be conditioning our bodies, sparring, & practicing more high stakes self-defense techniques that are a combination of Karate, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, FMA, & MMA. Our instructors will guide you through real life scenarios, drills, & exercises.

OUR MISSION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:
+ Improve self-confidence & emotional regulation
+ Condition the body to become comfortable with striking & being striked
+ Practice situational awareness, defending, countering, & pivoting
+ Protect yourself in high stakes scenarios, multiple attackers, weapons training, etc.
*This class aims to shed light on the pressing public issue of increased domestic abuse, generational trauma, & globalized modern slavery. Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we'll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community's safety.
