🕯️✨🕯️Join us for the Sunday Sanctuary every Sunday from 6.30pm-8.00pm at The Wise Lotus in Letchworth🕯️✨🕯️A safe haven to support your wellbeing and introduce calm and clarity for the week ahead.💫
Each week we will offer something different to reset, rejuvenate and realign mind, body and soul.
Sessions include a combination of the following:
✨Sound healing
✨Reiki
✨Reiki drumming
✨Coaching
✨Guided meditations
✨Card readings
✨Connection and Community
✨Cacao plus so much more.
The room will be set with candles, incense, and beautiful mood lighting to offer a little bit of tranquillity for your Sunday night. You even get self heating eye masks to relax those tired eyes and support the deepening of your meditation experience.
Mats, blankets and water provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own.💖
