Let's us support you in prioritizing your rest. With so much going on in the world and in our daily lives, we offer this space for folks to gather, be in community, and regulate our bodies/nervous system.

• This community event is FREE and intended exclusively for Black, Brown and Indigenous folks.
• Pre-Registration is required along with signed waiver.
• Masking optional. Masks will be available at the check in table.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided. Bring your own, if you prefer.
• Take Elevator to the 3rd Floor.
