This 75-minute restorative yoga class weaves together gentle movement, deep rest, and intentional practices, creating a sacred space to release tension, bring ease to your heart and mind, and ground yourself before the week ahead.

Each week, alongside restorative yoga, you’ll experience a special offering—from live music and hands-on healing to breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, or a mini tarot reading.

These thoughtfully curated elements invite you to soften, receive, and realign. Life is hard, beautiful, and everything in between. This is your invitation to come as you are—to be held, supported, and nourished. Leave feeling lighter, at peace, and ready to move into your week with clarity and ease.
