About this Event
With the recent haze affecting our outdoor gatherings, we're bringing Sunday Reset indoors! Your health and wellbeing have always been our priority, and we want to continue creating space for women to move, breathe and recharge in a safe and comfortable environment.
Join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session in a welcoming indoor space, guided by a certified yoga instructor.
Whether you're new to yoga or simply looking for a little time to yourself, this is your invitation to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are, enjoy an hour of mindful movement and start your Sunday feeling refreshed.

This session is created especially for women, and we'd love to welcome you!
As we're moving into a dedicated indoor space, we're introducing a S$18 community contribution to help cover the venue cost and support the continuation of our gatherings.
Spaces are limited, and advance registration is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive ten minutes early so we can begin together. Yoga mat will be provided.
