🧘 Details:
- Class duration: 60mins., starting with a short breathing sequence and concluding with a relaxation and meditation.
- Main yoga sequence: the main yoga sequence will be a mixture of vinyasa and hatha, combining the matching of breath to movement from vinyasa and the static hold of asanas from hatha to increase mindfulness and stamina, thus providing a deeper stretch.
- Skill-level: no baseline skills required - the classes are for everyone who wants to explore yoga, from beginners to frequently practicing. All bodies are welcome!
- Materials: it is important to note that you should bring your own yoga mat and other equipment you might need (like towels or blocks).
- Entry: entry is donation based, pay what you can starting from 20kr.
- The classes are rooted in kindness, inclusivity, and respect for all. We will not tolerate discriminatory or judgemental behavior.
