One ticket includes four spots in the sauna at a specified time and then a drink of your choice from 313 (coffee, tea, wine or beer) afterwards.For 30 minutes, groups of four will cycle through sauna, resting and rehydrating and then repeating at their own pace. Follow your session with a relaxed hang on the patio or indoors with an included coffee/tea with a small snack or a glass of wine/beer.
Arrive wearing whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty in... bathing suits or light athletic clothing are perfect (some sort of clothing is required). Bring towels, a water bottle and slip on shoes. You may want to bring a cover up and/or a change of clothes for afterwards - the side room will be reserved for sauna goers and a place for groups to leave their belongings.
Waivers will be on site to sign before sauna. We look forward to hosting you in a Sunday reset to end the week and welcome a new one!
