Join Cocoon Yoga Lab for a unique sound journey that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. This Sunday Reset is designed to provide you with a transformative experience that resets both body and mind. Led by Tammy Mores, founder of Cocoon Yoga Lab and a seasoned sound healer, this session offers a powerful opportunity to disconnect from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with your inner calm.Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other carefully selected instruments, Tammy will guide you from an active, cluttered mind into a deeply meditative state. As you settle into the sound bath, the harmonious tones will help release tension, clear mental fog, and activate your body’s natural healing processes. The journey will gently ease you into a state of deep relaxation, promoting balance, well-being, and a sense of renewal.
This sound bath experience is not just about relaxation; it’s a journey from the “monkey mind”—the constant chatter of thoughts—into profound stillness. Tammy will use breathwork, guided visualization, and the transformative power of sound to lead you inward, creating an immersive environment that allows for deep healing and peace. Whether you’re new to sound therapy or an experienced practitioner, this session is designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and aligned.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow, eye mask or soft cloth and anything else to help you make a super cozy spot on the floor. You may opt to bring a journal/pen to write about your experience at the end of the session. We recommend you wear comfy clothes, preferably layers and socks.
