This sound bath is for anyone feeling called to pause, reflect, and begin again.

In the heart of July, as the energy of the season ripens and expands, we gather in intentional community to soften and realign. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself supported by the warmth and fullness of the season.

Through sound, stillness, and intentional rest, this 1-hour session supports the nervous system while creating space to release what’s been carried and invite in clarity, ease, and renewed energy for the weeks ahead.

All bodies, ages, and experience levels are welcome. There is nothing to fix or achieve...only space to receive.

Space is limited; sign-ups are encouraged. Walk-ins welcome if availability allows.
