💦 12:00pm – Wild Swim
Immerse yourself in the healing power of water with an invigorating wild swim to cleanse, awaken and refresh your senses.
☕ 1:00pm – Firepit Gathering & Nourishing Lunch
Gather around the firepit with a warming hot chocolate and a nourishing Buddha bowl, sharing connection, grounding energy and soulful conversation.
🎶 1:45pm – Soulful Sound Bath Experience
Sink into a deeply relaxing 60-minute sound bath infused with Reiki energy, lovingly led by two sisters… meaning double the love, double the healing, and double the energy
✨This retreat day is an invitation to pause, reconnect with your intuition, nurture your mind, body & soul, and be held in the powerful energy of sisterhood and collective healing.
